Liz Garcia comes to DCG with more than ten years of insurance consulting experience in the retail financial services industry, involving group and individual life, health and disability insurance. Her success as a Branch Manager with American Express Financial Advisors has provided her with a strong foundation in the areas of product, marketing, and distribution strategy.
Ms. Garcia also has experience as a group disability best practices manager for Hartford Life, where she was responsible for claim process improvements and contract pricing evaluation and was a liaison between sales and operations. She has also served as head consultant on a number of medical and financial initiatives developed and patented by University of California, Davis Medical Center.
Ms. Garcia completed her M.B.A. in Management at University of California, Davis and obtained a B.S. in Mathematics and Finance from Saint Peter’s College in Jersey City, NJ.
